Living from the heart - good one.

The buddhists have an interesting technique - keep the attention on the Hara centre for a day. What is interesting is that all thought is made of word and memory and thus is of past. The seeking cannot continue without thoughts. One guy puts it beautifully on finding the seeker - what /who is it that is looking through your eyes.. listening with the eyes. regards.
