]]>You said, "So the way I look at it now is that just observe these
struggles, frustrations, and all and in a way these struggles are going
to remain forever, but the truth,I am , is always separate from these."
The "I Am" is witnessing all these frustrations, struggles. It is the entity which does not get involved in anything. In the initial level the seeker who is identified with body-mind as his/her nature is suggested to identify with this same "I am" with pointers like…"Stay with I AM".."Just Be" in order to dislodge his/her identification with body-mind. But if you can digest directly that you are not only this body-mind but this "I Am" which does not have any color or shape, then why YOU as this "I Am" will try to obeserve or witness volitionally? It is just the nature of this "I Am" or sense of presence to witness the things happening around.
You said, "Sometimes thinking like this intellectually creates a situation which is just not at all focused. It takes you away from the practice of focusing or doing things, the focus of doing something is lost completely in my case and that's worrying me a lot!!"
It is good, very good! It is the natural de-focussing happening! The one (hypothetical entity) who is trying to focuss or do anything is losing its grip hence is the worry & fear. But there is no need to FEAR for this fear! This kind of fear is a good sign! Watch the fear, if you can! The beauty is that the TRUTH & the DEATH both are found under the same blanket of fear! That's why there is no need of fearing this fear! Let the fear matures and it will get uncovered automatically in to your Eternal Nature which is beyond any kind of fears! Everything here is transcendental! That includes this fear too!
You said, "It's also a loss of trac & I know that but intellectually. So how to bring it back?"
The Truth is beyond all tracs! The Truth is multi-trac! The uni-trac is information (informative knowledge) The Truth is all encompassing all embracing and is not bound by any single trac!
Losing the trac is nothing but lossing the grip of the intelligence and also shifting to the Heart Gear, the Heart trac! On the Heart Trac …losing grip losing trac is a fortunate sign! Let the heart open up which is unavoidable when the head trac is losing its grip. So I am happy to see if the head trac is about to be choked and the heart trac is opening! Cheer up n enjoY every split moment thanfully, gratefully along with moments of bliss as wel as moments of fear! Be assured that only the unreal will get burned as the Real is eternal!
With Love n Regards,

That is what happening with me currentley.
]]>Thanks a lot for the wonderfull conversation on Monday about the similar frustrations.
As Maharaj answers " you are not the twisted or turned, but your mind
believes that you are confused, frustated etc".
The struggle is constant and in the words of Maharaj…just observe
the struggle as the absolute is differnt, independant of all these
struggles.
So the way I look at it now is that just observe these
struggles, frustations, and all and in a way these struggles are going
to remain forever, but the truth,I am , is always seperate from these.
Sometimes thinking like this intellectually creates a situation which is just not at all focussed. It takes you away from the practice of focussing or doing things, the focus of doing something is lost completly in my case and thats worrying me a lot!!
The true nature is never lazy, but sometimes our prakruti makes us
think of it like that, the loss of focus is a factor to be worried
of!!
It's also a loss of trac & I know that but intellectually. So how to bring it back?
]]>The pointer is NOT for the MIND! The MIND can comprehend only those things which are product of the mind. Obviously the MIND is not designed to comprehend THAT which is prior to the mind. After searching through mind a natural understanding dawns that the use of the mind is just to Understand that the mind is USELESS to comprehend…to Cognize one's True Nature. And then the effect of Mind falls away. The mind keep on operating but it does not create any confusion. The thoughts just appear and dissapear without disturbing the seeker! The thoughts will continue to appear & dissapear untill the last breath.
The frustration is natural. The more the frustration, more are the chances to get rid off the belief that "the mind is useful to comprehend One's True Nature." The fading of this belief is itself the beginning of the surrender. The surrender with a feeling that "i" do not know anything. "i" am unable to do anything, "i" am unable to understand my True Nature, "i" am just blank. With this surrender the natural state is unconcealed. Who surrenders to whom? The searcher, the seeker surrenders to itself with an understanding that it never existed as a separate entity. Or the seeker surrenders to the Satguru! Forget the words….remember that the faith is the most transcendental alchemy! Have faith…..the Satguru is more eager to free 'you' (that is to free itself from the conceptual bondage)! The Real Nature of the Satguru is FREEDOM! and that is Your Real Nature!
Thanks once again. With Love,
