Bhavatu is a two-cottage property that is an integral part of Anhad – a farmland along the banks of the Krishna backwaters at the foothills of Mahabaleshwar.

Kabir is a 270 sq ft naturally lit and airy cottage that is spacious for 2 people and ideal for up to 4 people. Kabir is equipped with native hard jungle wood furniture and features a king size bed with side tables, a cupboard, a work table, chair and a coffee table.

- Check-in is between 11 am to 6 pm subject to availability – please call us in advance to enquire.
- Early check-in at an additional cost is possible subject to availability.
- Check-out is before 10 am.
- Late check-out at an additional cost is possible subject to availability.
- No check-in is allowed after dark due to the remoteness of the property.

- We offer discounts for stays of 7 days or more.
- Do feel free to enquire. We recommend our guests to stay with us for at least 2 nights to take in the atmosphere and have ample time to relax and explore.
- Stay packages are definitely available from Mondays to Wednesdays.

Dining
- In alignment with our desire to live amidst nature with minimal resistance to the laws of this land and utmost admiration for the local culture, we serve a select and seasonally evolving cuisine rooted in native and fresh produce and preparations, crafted by a local chef with years of culinary experience. It is destined to leave you feeling fulfilled with a deeper appreciation for food that is quintessential to this land and prepared with love specially for you.
- Non-vegetarian meals, traditionally prepared, are served with an advance notice given to us during booking your stay and are billed separately. Please contact us at least 2 days prior to your confirmed date of arrival to share the details for non-vegetarian meals. As and when the weather permits, we also serve woodfire cooked meals.
- Depending on the season, we offer for sale Anhad Fruit Forest fresh produce such as guavas, bananas, cape gooseberries, mulberries, passion fruits and mangoes. While we have made the provision for self-serve tea and coffee in the rooms, any beverages (tea, coffee and more) ordered from the kitchen are billed separately (as per the à la carte menu).
- We have a selection of snacks for those moments when it is raining heavily in the evenings or after you have arrived from a hike – all snacks are billed separately (as per the à la carte menu).
- We do not serve alcohol.
- All meals, snacks and beverages are served during fixed timings only.
- Kitchen timings:
- Breakfast: 8 am to 10 am
- Lunch: 12 pm to 2 pm
- Evening snacks: 4:30 pm to 6 pm
- Dinner: 8 pm to 10 pm
- No reduction from the stay packages can be claimed if any meals are not availed.
