Payment Policy

We take full payment in advance to confirm a booking. Modes of payment
available – Payment Gateway on this website, UPI and bank transfer.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • No cancellation charges are levied if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 1 day from the date of booking.
  • Refund of 50% of the full payment is provided if a confirmed booking is cancelled up to 15 days prior to the confirmed date of arrival.
  • No refund is provided if a confirmed booking is cancelled within 15 days prior to the confirmed date or for no-shows on the confirmed date of arrival.
  • No refund is provided in case a cancellation is made during an ongoing stay to leave before the originally confirmed date of departure (check-out).
  • Refund will be processed with in 24-48 hours on request received by email or WhatsApp message and within above prior time range. Payment reflecting to user’s account will solely depend upon intra bank transaction turnaround time typically it ranges between 5-7 business days.

Rescheduling Policy

A confirmed booking can be rescheduled once, subject to availability, up to 15 days prior to the confirmed date of arrival. The rescheduled dates must be within 3 months from the original confirmed date of arrival.
